Pinoy Fail

Working abroad is literally one of the toughest job yet rewarding when it comes to compensation  you'll ever experience  especially if you're alone.  Combined physical and emotional stressed await to someone doing all the house hold chores and not to mention the nostalgic feelings that can sedate one's mood.

Many of the expats especially Filipino abroad are striving in their everyday living. from their home accommodation down to thier work place itself. Many of the Filipino workers here in abroad are working with excellence and of quality that is mainly the reason why employment from the Philippines of the blue and white collar job in any place abroad is continuously  increasing. However, in spite of being industrious of every Pinoy abroad when it comes to work still there is this stigma  of being a Pinoy..

" Crab Mentality" is a phrase which best described by another phrase " if I can't have it, neither can you". This is actually famous to all Pinoy which  ideally means trying to pull down somebody on his back just to get over him.. "playing safe" in a given circumstances is one of the underlying principle of this Pinoy stigma. actually on my personal view  playing safe towards work, office mates and especially to your superior is  everybody's cup of tea. i mean everybody does it. No doubt but on the context of professionalism, we have to  do what is right. we have to speak out and stand for your philosophy towards your craft. what happens is that,  most of the so called professionals Pinoy abroad are becoming "so-so" or "underdog" to those people who's the quality of work and knowledge is less than on what you've  possessed. The reasons  are, they want to keep the boss-employee relationship going and of favor for  him and what makes this more horrible  is that when you are in front of your colleagues you keep saying bad things and complaints on your superior. duh....

This blog is not referring to anybody. This is a mere opinion and the basis are only the encounters and here says of people around. we just hope to eradicate or at least lessen this stupidity amongst us. We dont have fight, argue nor back stubbed against each. We can always sit down and compromise things that bother us than keep barking at each other's back like a dog!
